01. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account or accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Service immediately.

02. ELIGIBILITY & SECURITY

Age: You must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use NobleMind.

Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

03. THE INTELLIGENCE SUITE

Voice Recording & AI

You are solely responsible for complying with all local, state, and international laws regarding the recording of conversations.

05. AI ETHICS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our legal basis for processing is "Performance of a Contract." Our AI does not make automated decisions that produce legal effects. NobleMind algorithms and UI are our property. You retain ownership of your input (Tasks, Notes). You grant us a limited license to process this content exclusively for service delivery.

06. GAMIFICATION

XP, Levels, and Badges are virtual indicators of engagement. They have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for legal tender.
